Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By using our services, you agree to bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kalki Avatar ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Platform (such as trading, job applications, or matrimonial services), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Promptly update any changes to your information.
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data.
3. Use of Services
Kalki Avatar provides a holistic platform for community interaction. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
Prohibited Activities
- Posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation.
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent activity or to spread malware.
- Harassing other users or violating their privacy rights.
4. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
5. Fees and Payments
Certain premium services on the Platform (such as ID Card issuance, Featured Listings, or Premium Matrimonial access) may require payment of fees.
- Currency: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Taxation: Fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Processing: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- Disputes: Payment disputes must be reported to support@kalkiavatar.com within 7 days.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
